Synopsis

Rebecca Meyers, an award winning author and inspirational life coach, leads a meditation seminar: Meditation 101. At the start of the seminar, Rebecca is calm and confident, as usual. However novice student, Toby, and his antics soon pose a threat to Rebecca's steadfast confidence and award winning reputation.
