Synopsis

When Jenny's father marries a younger woman, her mother goes into "mama-bear" mode when she becomes suspicious of the young woman's intentions.

Jenny, a perceptive teenager, confronts her father Frank's hasty engagement to Eliza, a woman significantly younger. Troubled by her father's behavior, Jenny seeks solace with her mother Kayla, who fears Eliza's hidden motives. When danger strikes and Frank's business partner is attacked, Kayla intervenes to protect Jenny from Eliza's manipulative plans. However, Eliza and her husband Philip orchestrate Jenny's kidnapping, intending to use her as leverage for their malicious schemes, plunging Jenny and her family into a perilous ordeal of deception and betrayal.
