Synopsis
Reserved, music-loving Sue Carpenter creates KBLT, an illegal pirate radio station broadcasting from her tiny Silver Lake apartment. As KBLT becomes a cultural phenomenon the FCC's government goons close in. Sue must use every tool in her arsenal to keep her and her station alive. Based on a True Story.
